How to Request Service
To return a product for service at an MSA service center, please call Customer Service at 1-800-672-2222.

MSA Service offers TIC loaner units to end user customers to provide uninterrupted TIC coverage while their product is sent in for servicing. Please contact Jackie Apel at 1-800-672-4678 (option 2, option 3) or email her at Jackie.Apel@MSAsafety.com or simply complete the attached form for your TIC loaner request. It can be faxed into 724-733-9280 or emailed to the address above.
Note: All used items being returned for service must be cleaned, sanitized and/or decontaminated as necessary to minimize the possibility of MSA employee exposure to health hazards in handling such material. All applicable laws and regulations shall apply. MSA reserves the right to return unsanitary items unrepaired.
